We offer a range of group therapy options throughout the year, tailored to support clients at different stages of their mental health journey — from activity-driven programs, educational programs, to long-term process groups.

Our 2025 program calendar includes both structured, trauma-focused groups and ongoing groups open to all adults. Each group is small, closed, and facilitated by experienced clinicians.

Outdoor Trauma Recovery
Group

Introductory Outdoor Trauma Recovery Group for first responders and military personnel

A practical 12-session program (half-day sessions) combining CBT with structured outdoor activities to support early trauma recovery or gentle re-entry into therapy. Designed for first responders and military personnel, it helps build emotional regulation, focus, and communication skills. Ideal for those who benefit from movement-based learning and a less clinical setting — with no pressure to share before you're ready.

In-Depth Trauma Recovery Group
For first responders and military personnel, continuing recovery through insight, communication, and connection

This is a 30-week group therapy program designed for individuals who have made progress in their trauma recovery and are prepared to engage in deeper emotional and relational work. The program combines person-centred therapy with trauma-focused cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). It provides structured support aimed at fostering insight, resilience, and meaningful connections among participants. This group complements individual therapy and encourages long-term healing through shared experiences and reflective interactions with peers.

Person-Centred Therapy Group

Ongoing, for adults managing
anxiety, mood, or emotional well-being

This weekly, evidence-based group offers a consistent, supportive space to manage anxiety, low mood, relationship stress, or disconnection. Grounded in person-centred principles, it fosters reflection, connection, and growth. Ideal for those not progressing in individual therapy, wanting to supplement their support, or seeking a flexible alternative. Participants engage at their own pace, building insight and resilience with guidance from experienced facilitators.
